NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Whitsome Village Hall SCIO will be held at Whitsome Village Hall, Whitsome, TD11 3NA on Monday 28th November 2022 at 7pm to transact the following business:

2. Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting
3. Matters arising.
4. Report by Chair of Trustees.
5. Hon.Treasurer’s Report.
6. Election of Trustees to serve for the coming year.
7. Appointment of Independent Examiner for the Hall accounts for 2021-22.
8. Any other competent business.
Proposed resolutions for consideration at the AGM should be submitted to the Secretary by email to secretary.ark@whitsome.scot at least 10 days before the date of the AGM.
