You can book the Hall in five easy steps:-
- Visit the calendar to check the availability of times for the Hall.
- Check the cost for hiring the hall using the Charges Table.
- Download (a) the Booking Form* and (b) the Terms and Conditions for Hire.
- Email the Booking Secretary (yasumi5591@gmail.com) to arrange your booking and access to the Hall.
- Complete and return the Booking Form by email to the Booking Secretary (yasumi5591@gmail.com). The form may be completed and returned in pdf format if desired.
* In making a booking, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Hire which you downloaded at stage 3 – please read these carefully before proceeding.

The Pétanque / Boules Court can be used by any one at any time, just rock up and have fun. The balls and rules are kept in the paper shed. The Whitsome club meets on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm. However, if you would like to book the court for a private party, please contact the Booking Secretary. Any private bookings for the court will appear on the Bookings Calendar so you can look there to check the availability of the court.
